I was impressed with his negotiation skills, professionalism, attention to detail and expertise when preparing the contract. During the whole process, he was there to pick up my call everytime I needed to speak to him and he always addressed my concerns immediately. We were purchasing from out of state - for work purposes. Henry went to the property we found online and walked us through it, remotely, videotaping and commenting as he walked through the entire condo and all of the common areas of the property. He was very responsive (texting, emailing, calling), night and day. There were lots of people involved (escrow, financing, HOA and others) and lots of paperwork to sign during the entire purchase process, so it was important that he keep us (and others) on track to keep everything moving forward in a timely manner, to ensure the property could close in 30 days. He did an excellent job of that.
